Sevran Automation Group Inc., Kitchener, ON
- Currently working primarily in the water and waste/water industry, focusing on new concepts for sludge reduction and handling (Lystek).
- Designed, installed, and tested a new sewage treatment concept pilot plant with the University of Western Ontario.
- Provided controls expertise to the Region of Huron East for their water treatment facilities.
- Recently completed a waste water treatment plant retrofit, utilizing BNR and Lystek to increase capacity without increasing the size of the existing plant in the town of St. Marys, while retrofitting the water treatment SCADA system to comply with MOE logging and reporting rules.
- Have worked in a variety of areas including, automotive, packaging, Water/Waste water treatment, pharmaceutical, wood working, Food, pulp and paper, and textile industry,
- Responsible for design and development of steering wheel cruise control test, and wrapping machines, currently in use in Mexico for Ford, GM, and Chrysler products.
- Responsible for sales, project management, implementation, and commissioning.
- Worked with customer from concept right through to completion.
- Supervise employees and multiple sub trades.
- Designed and generated CAD electrical drawings for complete control system.

Controls Designer 1986 – 1988
Cody Automation, Windsor, ON
- Cody Automation exposed me to large metal stamping and welding lines. We were responsible for the hood, doors, and trunk panels for Chrysler in conjunction with Magna (Karmax).
- Improved cycle time and reliability of equipment.
- Write detailed diagnostic code and interface software to current annunciate alarms to operators.
Apprentice Industrial Electrician 1984 – 1986
Automated Electric Controls, Windsor, ON
- AEC exposed me to the multi-stationed metal removing machinery, at a machine builder called F. Jos. Lamb.
- I worked on large projects laying out all the wiring necessary, as well as supervising up to 10 electricians.
- I rose through the ranks to become a shift “Leader” due to my college background and knowledge.
- Worked with electrical drawings to assess labour and time resources required to complete the machine.
- Debugged and commissioned the lines once wiring was complete.
